During your initial intake session, we will explore your needs in depth. In your follow-up session, we will work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your priorities. While we typically recommend weekly sessions for the first six to eight weeks, the frequency of sessions is at the discretion of the client.
If you miss a scheduled therapy appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a $100 no-show cancellation fee will apply.
